Safe separation of media is ensured by two consecutive seat seals. Reliable anti-mixing valve technology for applications where liquid separation is required but no seat cleaning is provided (e.g. CIP manifold).
Brief characteristics
Type: piston, pneumatically actuated, single seat, anti-mixing
Types: shut-off (overlapping)
Sizes: ISO 1"-4" external. Pipe Ø, DIN DN25-150
Fitting parts: butt welded end (S)
Body: Stainless steel AISI 316L / 1.4404 (DIN EN 100888). Sealing materials: EPDM, HNBR (optional)

Pneumatic actuator
Clamp closure
Double seat seals
Leakage discharge valve and CIP flushing
A clamp closure with a housing shutter clip from the SW4 modular system.
Shaft seal — EPDM, HNBR (optional).
The leak relief valve is one item for the seat leak detection. It is controlled through the air supply hose from the pneumatic actuator.
Electric position indicator by means of contactless switches or control unit. Visual indicator in the clamp area.
Pneumatic actuator — three sizes from SW4 for models 1” -4”.
Main advantages of the SWcip4
Available with L or T shaped housing, standard goes with proximity sensor holder or optional with CU control unit.
Ideal for isolation between your CIP fluid tank and CIP supply and return lines. Separation of media without mixing.
Easy maintenance due to light weight, few seals and maintenance-free actuator.
Reduced maintenance costs due to metal stop and more durable seals. Profile seals are marked to simplify spare part ordering.
Flexible design with interchangeable actuators for various product pressures.
