APV DELTA DE3 Series - Double Seat Mix Proof Valves
DELTA DE3 double seat valve made of stainless steel AISI 316L. Ensures reliable protection against product mixing in production. If the seat lift function during Clean-In-Place (CIP) is not needed, than this valve is an economical model solution.

Features and Benefits
- Prevents water shocks and large leaks when switching.
- Two independently operating valve shafts together with a leak chamber ensure 100% separation of incompatible products. Completely prevents cross contamination.
- Self-draining valve housing with clearly marked profile seals. They are made of material — EPDM, FPM and HNBR (optional).
- Balanced operation without interruptions in case of hydraulic shocks.
- Absolute cleaning of the leakage zone. And the neutral one is between the housing and the shaft, cleaned by a built—in nozzle.
- Parts in contact with the product made of stainless steel AISI 316L / 1.4404 (DIN EN 100888).
