Abrasive version. Used for production of products containing high percentage of dry residue (milk powder, ice cream, chocolate, fruit, ketchup, sauces and seasonings, etc.), which are harmful to plungers. Due to the use of special high-strength materials, wear resistance of the plungers is being increased.
Automatic protection. For power supply of the homogenizer cabinet. Made of stainless steel. It can be placed on the top or separately from the equipment. Ensures the safety of equipment in case of power surges.
The second stage of homogenization Decreases tendency of globules sticking together or forming large agglomerates.
Control cabinet. Provides flow control at the inlet/outlet, stabilization of the conducted product flow by reducing vibrations of the supply / discharge pipe.
Remote control of the pressure of the 1st stage of homogenization. Installed on the machine panel (with the standard version of the pneumatic system) or by means of a special electromechanical pressure gauge being controlled with help of PLC, provides the possibility of prompt elimination of possible malfunctions.
Remote control of homogenization pressure of the 1st and 2nd stages of homogenization. A similar device is applicable to both stages of homogenization; delivery includes installation of 2 electromechanical pressure gauges with a power of 4-20 mA at the output, 2 control valves, 2 programmable displays, remote control, flange for mounting the pressure gauge of the 2nd stage of homogenization. All models are equipped with a hydropneumatic pressure control system that ensures stability of indicators and quality of the final product.
